HHA Description:

• Provide great care to our residents.
• Answer residents calls and determine how best to help them.
• Provide support and guidance for residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, and laundry.
• Lead/Participate in engagement/activities with residents in our community
• Assist with meal services
• Work collaboratively with the entire care team by documenting your care giving tasks in our Care Connect app.
• Must be a dedicated and compassionate caregiver
• Must have current, unencumbered, state nurse aid certification or Home Health Aid certification
• Ability to think and work independently as well as with direction.
• Communicate with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
• Comfortable with technology

CNA Description:

• Our CNA team members are encouraged/expected to take time to engage our residents.

• Your vital part as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Oasis is:
• Provide great care to our residents.
• Answer residents calls and determine how best to help them.
• Provide support and guidance for residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, personal hygiene, and laundry.
• Lead/Participate in engagement/activities with residents in our community
• Assist with meal services
• Work collaboratively with the entire care team by documenting your care giving tasks in our Care Connect app.
• What you need to become CNA on the Oasis Team
• Must be a dedicated and compassionate CNA caregiver
