OUR APARTMENTS
Private, specially designed apartments.
The apartments at the Oasis Dementia Care are specifically designed for the unique requirements of seniors needing memory care. Each private apartment is 300 square feet and furnished with a stand alone wardrobe and kitchenette including a mini fridge and microwave. In addition, all apartments come with individualized heating and cooling and their own private bathrooms equipped with safety grab bars and emergency pulls. Families are encouraged to bring any of the comfortable, familiar furniture that makes it feel like home.

In addition to their own private studio apartments, our neighbors have access to so much more, including:
• 32,000-square-foot building with WIFI access.
• Ten common areas supported for various activities.
• Restaurant-style dining room, snack bar and family dining room.
• A hair salon with a full menu of paid services.
• SNOEZELEN® Multisensory Environment room to help improve emotional states, functional behavior, cognition and communication, complete with fish tank and blue tooth speakers to connect to personal playlists.
• Two secure, easily accessible outdoor courtyards with putting green and raised flower beds.
OUR EMERGENCY CALL DEVICES
For peace of mind.
Oasis Dementia Care is proud to be a slow-egress community meaning the neighbor can come and go as they please with a responsible party. Without a responsible party, they are in a secure environment. For peace of mind, our neighbors are provided with wander guards and emergency pendants should they require help, and our staff is equipped with tablets to help monitor and redirect them if needed. If a door is opened or a neighbor needs help, the caregiver is notified on their tablet and has the ability to immediately pull up a live video feed from any area in the community.
OUR COMMON AREAS
From board games to putting greens.
Our Oasis Dementia Care neighbors have access to a vast array of common areas and courtyards. Our Town Square room is where most of our main activities take place like our group parties and nightly movies. It is purposely divided into pods for better socialization. We also have smaller, warm and cozy common areas such as our Game Room and Hearth Room. A favorite is the Music Room where some neighbors play the piano from memory or enjoy the entertainers we bring in such as guitarists, and bell choirs. Another favorite is Gigi’s Kitchen where neighbors can experience the feel of home with guided baking activities using an oven that is secured with its own breaker. All of our common areas have accessible restrooms for the convenience of our neighbors.
OUR OUTDOOR COURTYARDS
Sunshine and snacks.
Our Oasis neighbors have access to our two sunny courtyards complete with putting green and raised gardens. Many days, you’ll find our neighbors happily tending to our rose bushes, sitting in the sunshine or enjoying a snack on our outdoor patio. Our Snack Cafe is conveniently located adjacent to our courtyard access and is available for neighbors when they want an extra treat.
HOME HEALTH OPTIONS
When more help is needed.
If a time comes when a neighbor needs more healthcare help than we provide, Oasis Dementia Care offers the opportunity for home health and hospice to be called in to restore functionality.
